The 3rd Annual Rock on the River Battle at the Bend held in the Riversbend Hospitality tent at this years’ Chesaning Showboat Music Festival will take place Sunday, July 13, immediately following the Showboat parade. 

Talented bands of all genres across the state of Michigan will be given a chance to perform on a high-tech multi-million dollar stage, complete with sound engineer and crew to assist.  Media kits are now being accepted.  Groups must be in band format and media kits must include a short bio of the band, a picture, a recording of one or more original songs and contact information including phone and e-mail.  Cash prizes will be awarded to the 1st through 3rd placed bands.
